Woflow Raises $7.3M in Series A Funding

Woflowa San Francisco, Calif.-based data infrastructure company behind food delivery businesses, raised $7.3m in Series A funding.

The round was co-led by Base10 Partners and Construct Capital with participation from existing investor Craft Ventures. Along with the funding, Rexhi Dollaku, a partner at Base10 Partners, will join Woflow’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the expansion of the global team, as well as product development and the launch of a new retail data API offering.

Founded in 2017 by CEO Jordan Nemrow and COO Will Bewley, Woflow provides a data infrastructure that helps platforms and marketplaces around the world automate the way they integrate merchant data. A once tedious task involving manual processes and labor, customers can integrate the solution into their existing merchant onboarding workflows to ensure data is digitized correctly and ready to use in their applications. Companies such as DoorDash, Deliveroo, Wolt, and Popmenu use Woflow’s merchant data platform to onboard their merchant partners.

To date, the company’s platform has digitized more than 60 million products for more than 800,000 restaurants and retail stores in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
