“Integrating external service providers into ERP processes allowing for complete transparency and control of the supply chain is nothing new. This is something that has not been a reality in IT departments due to missing standards, much more complex use cases, and a lack of resources. This leads to a situation where companies spend a lot of effort on manual work, updating and moving requests, copying information and data between different internal and external teams and applications, resulting in a poor employee experience, customer satisfaction and inefficient operations. In the end, all parties waste time and money,” says Juha Berghäll, CEO of ONEiO.

“That’s where we come in and provide a simple solution for cloud-based integrations,” he adds.

ONEiO: What you need to know

Founded in 2011, ONEiO aims to eliminate all traditional integration challenges by automating integration delivery as well as production and delivering it as a cloud-based enterprise service with a pay-as-you-go pricing model. affordable use.

The company’s cloud-based integration platform gives internal and external IT service providers and technology service providers a fast way to collaborate between customers, suppliers and contractors.

“We provide them with all the missing pieces and domain expertise as a service from the cloud. Customers can set up even the most complex multi-point process integrations in days instead of weeks or months. We’re not just another integration platform provider, but a cloud-native service provider that knows what it takes to manage and deliver IT services. We went there,” he said.

The company’s clients include CGI, CDW, Bechtle, Cancom, Atos, TietoEvry and companies such as Bayer, Volkswagen and Schindler.
