The Regional RRP

The Inter-Agency Regional Refugee Response Plan (RRP) outlines the overall response and activities to support countries’ efforts to protect and assist refugees and other people in need of humanitarian assistance from Ukraine. It includes the financial needs of partners in all countries under the regional RRP (including UN agencies, national and international non-governmental organizations and civil society), covering the period from March to December 2022, and working in close collaboration with the host governments concerned.

Belarus In Belarus, RRP partners will support government-led efforts through a multi-sectoral approach. The response will focus, among other things, on protection, reception/shelter, distribution of first aid items (IRC) and non-food items (ANA) to the most vulnerable groups and people in need. activities, facilitating access to sustainable livelihoods, and strengthening national capacities. The response will identify and respond to the needs of refugees, with due regard to age, gender and diversity.
