Agora Raises $20M in Series A Funding


Agoraa vertical SaaS company based in New York and Tel Aviv, Israel, which develops a real estate investment management platform and financial products that optimize back-office operations, raised $20 million in Series A funding.

The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Aleph.

The company intends to use the funds to further enhance its real estate investment management platform, continue to develop the industry-specific financial products offered to clients, and capture greater market share.

Led by CEO Bar Mor, Agora is a fintech/SaaS company that develops an advanced real estate investment management platform for real estate companies to raise and preserve capital by automating their back-office processes, increasing customer satisfaction their investors and providing them with tools to optimize operational efficiency. The system automates everything from fundraising and investment management to reporting, payments, secure document sharing and tax operations.

The company has served real estate companies around the world with a focus on North America. In total, these companies have more than 14,000 investors, 23,000 investments and $40 billion in assets under management.
