100 healthcare providers get $47 million in telehealth funding from FCC

The Federal Communications Commission on Jan. 26 approved 100 additional funding requests under its second round of the COVID-19 telehealth program, totaling $47 million.

This is the sixth and final announcement of the second round, according to a press release from the organization. The FCC has awarded a total of $249.95 million to healthcare providers for this round.
